Alina Tsiobanidis war a Research Intern at SMA Research Lab.

She did her BA in Tourism Business Studies at Management Center Innsbruck and worked in hospitality industry for several years.

Currently, Alina is enrolled in the MA program Strategic Management & Law at Management Center Innsbruck. She gathered research experience in the field of SMEs and family businesses throughout her bachelor thesis.

SMA researchers attend Make Learn Conference 2013

Florian Bauer, Kurt Matzler and Daniel Degischer examined the role of organizational learning in M&A and presented their findings at the Make Learn Conference in Zadar, Croatia, last June. The ambivalent results indicate that task integration is learnable while integrating culture is not.
