Paul Bommer was a Research Intern at the SMA Research Lab.

He is currently enrolled in the MA program Strategic Management and Law at the Management Center Innsbruck. Prior to this program, he obtained a BA in business administration from the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. He has gathered research experience in the fields of market entry, macroeconomics and politics during his past study program and internships.

SMA researchers attend Make Learn Conference 2013

Florian Bauer, Kurt Matzler and Daniel Degischer examined the role of organizational learning in M&A and presented their findings at the Make Learn Conference in Zadar, Croatia, last June. The ambivalent results indicate that task integration is learnable while integrating culture is not.
